Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Healthcare Associate located in Cebu. Responsibilities include supporting healthcare operations, providing excellent customer service, assisting patients with inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with medical staff. The role also involves administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with healthcare policies and standards.
Qualifications
At least 1-year BPO experience
Great English communication skills
College Graduate/Senior High School Graduate
Strong computer and multitasking skills
Willing to work on-site and on a US schedule
Experience with healthcare or medical accounts is a plus
Responsibilities
Talk to patients via phone, email, or chat
Work with healthcare management systems
Handle billing inquiries
Keep customer info accurate and up to date
