Job Description

ROLE SUMMARY

Provide assistance to healthcare members regarding benefits, coverage, claims, account information, and other healthcare-related inquiries. Ensure accurate information and excellent customer service in every interaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle healthcare-related customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
  • Assist members with benefits, claims, and account concerns
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of customer interactions
  • Meet quality and performance standards while delivering excellent service

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Highschool/Senior Highschool Graduates
  • Completed at least 2 years in College with a minimum of 6 months customer service-related experience
  • Above-average English communication skills
  • Good interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules
