Key Responsibilities for Payroll/Total Rewards:
- Oversees and manage day-to-day HR services provided to all employees, including Payroll, Benefits Administration and Clinic Management.
- Oversee Philippine payroll. Exposure in handling huge headcount is a must.
- Leads strategic compensation review with Total Rewards Head (APAC)including, but not limited to, review of fixed and variable compensation and salary structure vis--vis internal as well as market figures to ensure both internal and external equity.
- Ensure to meet payroll, government deduction and payment timelines.
- Checks and validates the accuracy of payroll computation.
- Responsible in handling and creating guidelines and procedures for all payroll and final pay related transactions.
- Prepares and submits various payroll reports.
- Benefits Administration
- Review and recommend benefits program to management based on trends and benefits offered by other organizations.
- Responsible in the end-to-end process of HMO and Group Life Insurance renewal.
- Ensure that all HMO escalations and issues are attended on time.
- Initiates the quarterly HMO utilization review with different stakeholders.
- Review the existing policies intended to for payroll, compensation and benefits and provides updates if necessary.
- Ensure compliance to Labor Code mandated and statutory benefits.
- Conducts and initiates regular awareness program discussing the employee benefits, payroll computation, policy updates, etc. to all employees.
- Ensure proper, prompt, and cost-effective programs/benefits.
- Clinic Management
- Oversees the day-to-day clinic activities ensuring that clinic manpower is complete.
- Ensure that all clinic supplies, and equipment are complete and always working.
- Attends to escalations/issues raised by both parties (nurses, doctors, and employees).
- Responsible in the end-to-end renewal process of clinic management
- Ensure that all clinic reports are submitted on time.
Personal Skills and Qualities:
- Excellent in English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent in different excel formulas, PowerPoint presentation etc.
- Knowledgeable in SAP
- Knowledgeable in different payroll analysis/reports
- Confident to always practice responsible transparency.
- Quantitative and data-driven approach to process recommendations and creation.
- Strong orientation towards collaboration and a passion for excellence.
- High energy, team orientated.
Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years experience in payroll and total rewards
- Strong leadership skills
- Proven track record of designing and implementing projects involving payroll, compensation, and benefits.
