ABOUT THE ROLE
The Organizational Development (OD) Manager plays a key role in shaping SHG's culture and organizational growth by enhancing the company's overall capability through the alignment of strategy, structure, systems, people, and cultureensuring all areas work together toward one vision. This leader designs and implements programs that strengthen leadership, improve performance, and build a high-performing, values-driven organization.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
A. Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement OD strategies that drive business performance and organizational effectiveness
- Build, design, and deliver key programs in Managerial Development, Talent Management, and Performance Planning
- Set, monitor, and measure OD KPIs to track progress and organizational impact
B. Performance & Process Excellence
- Manage the Performance Development Planning process, ensuring alignment of goals, expectations, and KPIs
- Evaluate the effectiveness of OD and learning interventions using data, insights, and feedback
C. Needs Assessment & Program Design
- Conduct organizational and skills assessments to identify development gaps and opportunities
- Design and deliver programs focused on leadership development, team effectiveness, culture, and change management
- Collaborate with HR, department heads, and external partners to create and execute development programs
D. Change Management & Culture Building
- Lead initiatives that foster a strong, engaged, and values-driven organizational culture
- Drive internal communication, employee feedback, and engagement programs
- Implement change management frameworks that enable smooth and effective organizational transitions
D. Coaching & Capability Building
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and high-potential employees
- Support career development, mentorship, and succession planning initiatives
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years experience in Organizational Development, HR, or Change Management
- Industry experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or retail is highly preferred
- Proven success in leading culture transformation and capability-building initiatives
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills
- Excellent communication, analytical, and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Willingness to work onsite in Mandaluyong and travel to stores as needed
