About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Hawk's Vanguard team, a branch affiliate of MANULIFE PHILIPPINES, as an Agency Unit Head in Cebu, Central Visayas. As an Agency Unit Head, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of financial advisors, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service and achieve their sales targets. What you'll be doing

• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to a team of financial advisors to help them reach their sales and customer service goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the agency's client base and revenue.
• Monitor team performance and identify training and development needs.
• Collaborate with the wider business to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and internal policies.
• Attend meetings and conferences to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar financial services or sales management role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry, including relevant products, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Tertiary qualification in finance, business, or a related field.
