The Total Rewards Head partners with the Senior Leadership Team to align Compensation and Benefits philosophy and principles to the corporate vision and mission. Responsible for designing and recommending Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Strategies that support business goals and objectives. Ensures market competitiveness and cost effectiveness of C&B programs to attract and retain talents in the organization. The role creates frameworks, guidelines, tool kits, and processes to administer Total Rewards policies and programs effectively and efficiently.
Principal Accountabilities
- Responsible for determining strategic Total Rewards strategies to support SEARI's goals and objectives
- Review periodically team's organization structure to ensure spans and levels are lean and allows efficient movement of information
- Determine annual budget for TR and HR operations, provide C&B burden rate to be used as basis
- Conduct annual review of C&B policies to ensure that they are updated and relevant
- Document and review desk top procedures to ensure process standards and controls are defined
- Monitor team's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) monthly and provide guidance to team to achieve targets
- Provide the necessary resources to support the team in terms of headcount, training/development, and budget
- Engage with key stakeholders and design compensation programs that would enable them to achieve their business targets
- Perform periodic check on market competitiveness of C&B programs based on resources available
- Calculate annual merit increase based on performance ratings and approved parameters
Qualifications:
- Educational Qualifications – Must have a college degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any business or related course.
- Work Experience – Must have at least ten (10) years experience in Human Resources with at least five (5) years experience in managing Compensation and Benefits and HR Operations
- Knowledge and Abilities – must be knowledgeable in defining and implementing HR strategies to support business goals/objectives; must have exposure to all functions in HR.
