Home Credit is evolving itself from a dominant retail financing player for consumer durables to a relevant player in used auto loans industry.
The Head of Secured Loans is tasked to build auto loan products that is competitive in the industry, aligned with Home Credit's underwriting and Risk principles and profitable for the company and will also be responsible for overall sales strategy and commercial success of the auto loans product.
What You'll Do
- Building a strategy, planning, developing, and executing sales and product strategy for auto loans (used / pre-owned motorcycle units)
- Overseeing the marketing campaigns, customer journey etc.
- Monitoring performance through data analysis and designing KPI's for impacted teams
- Create and manage relationship with large dealers of used cars and other automobiles
What You Need To Have
- 10-15 years of work experience in auto loans / used car loans / pre-owned car loans
- Experience in leading successful product and customer contract creation
- High Analytical and Data Driven decision maker
