Position Summary
Responsible for leading a team (with functional expertise) that will provide support to the business units in developing and implementing strategies to drive and support SCM transformation and operational excellence, along with elevating SCM's value proposition through data management and systems optimization.
The role involves focusing on areas, including:
- System Optimization and transformation
- Governance and compliance
- SCM Master Data Management
- Process improvement/simplification
Key performance areas
- Capability improvement strategy: Initiating strategies and plans on how to continuously improve capabilities of SCM systems and standards for SCM data management
- Strategy integration and execution: Executing on strategies targeting system and process optimisation.
- People leadership: Functional enablement and leadership, and engaging in capability development.
- Business management and coordination: Leading cross-functional initiatives including synergies across the organization
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or other relevant course
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management, with focus on data management and systems optimization
- At least 5 years of leadership experience, either as People Leader or Project Lead/Manager
- Exemplary accomplishment across Data Management, Systems Optimization, and Process Efficiency within the Supply Chain Management field or function
