About the role

This is a commercial leadership role with genuine scope. You will own the revenue number, not just manage a team that owns it. Net growth and retention both sit with you.

You are joining a growing offshore staffing business at a point where the foundations are in place and the next chapter is yours to build. The outbound engine works. The team is in place. What is missing is the senior commercial leader who can sharpen the strategy, run the mid-market and enterprise deals, and hold the line on quality, not just volume.

This is not a role for someone who needs a polished playbook handed to them. It is a role for someone who writes the playbook.

Experience we're looking for

  • 7+ years in B2B sales, with 3+ years at manager or director level
  • Proven quota-carrying experience selling into Australia and/or the US, not just managing reps who sell there
  • Experience building or rebuilding a sales function from the ground up
  • Hands-on GTM strategy ownership, from ICP definition through to channel execution
  • Account-based motion experience: named accounts, multi-thread outreach, intent data
  • HubSpot or equivalent CRM proficiency; familiarity with ABM tooling
  • Excellent English, written and verbal, with confidence in front of senior buyers

Background in outsourcing, professional services, or B2B services is required.
