Reports To: Managing Director

About the role:

Lead and drive the sales performance of LG's IT and Information Display (ID) product lines by managing a team of sales executives, building strong client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and market growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Identify new business opportunities in corporate, B2B, and key accounts
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Drive pipeline development and conversion across IT/ID products (monitors, digital signage, LED, etc.)
  • Lead, coach, and supervise IT/ID sales team members
  • Set clear performance targets and KPIs for the team
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and field visits
  • Ensure alignment with company sales goals and standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners
  • Manage major accounts and oversee contract negotiations
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and after-sales support coordination
  • Expand channel network (dealers, system integrators, corporate clients)
  • Collaborate with partners to maximize sales opportunities
  • Support product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
  • Track team performance, pipeline status, and revenue achievements
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, technical support)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • At least 7-10 years of sales experience in IT, electronics, or B2B solutions
  • Minimum 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Experience in handling IT/ID products (monitors, display technology, enterprise IT, AV solutions) is an advantage
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Customer-oriented and results-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
  • Experience in handling corporate/B2B accounts or system integrators
