Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Sales located in the National Capital Region, Philippines. The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, leading and mentoring the sales team, and driving overall sales growth. Other day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded while maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management to drive revenue and exceed targets.
  • Proven experience in Team Management, including leading, motivating, and mentoring sales teams.
  • Proficient Analytical Skills to assess market trends, evaluate performance, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in the wine and spirits industry or luxury goods market is a plus.
  • Strategic thinking capability and results-driven mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
