Job Summary:
Oversees and directs overall sales operations, including sales forecasting, quota management, incentive programs, and process optimization to support business growth and improve operational efficiency. Establishes and maintains strong relationships with customers and principals, actively participates in securing strategic deals, and ensures the profitability of sales quotations, project proposals, inventory, accounts receivable, and overall departmental financial performance. Works closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction while leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to achieve company objectives and strategic initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- :Designs, implements, and manages sales processes, establishing a high level of quality, accuracy, and process consistency
- .Administers, manages, and reports on sales forecast; ensures forecasting efforts are appropriately integrated with other planning processes within the company
- .Develops and drives standards and processes for sales quotas and incentive plans to enable a high-performing sales team
- .Proactively identifies opportunity for sales process improvement; works closely with management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement
- .Manages and leads sales operations team, including achievement of team and individual goals
- .Reviews the profitability of Sales Quotations and Project Proposals
- .Manages Departmental Profit and Loss as well as Balance Sheet Accounts, the latter, primarily Inventory and Accounts Receivable
- .Collaborates closely with other departments to ensure that customer requirements an
