Head of Sales Contract Logistics

We are partnering with a fast-growing, technology-enabled logistics company with regional roots in Singapore and a rapidly expanding footprint across Southeast Asia. In the Philippines, the business is scaling its contract logistics and enterprise solutions, serving high-value B2B clients with complex supply chain needs.
They are seeking a Head of Sales Contract Logistics to lead strategic enterprise acquisition and drive revenue growth, and own the commercial success of the business end-to-end.
What This Role Is Really About
This is not a transactional sales role.
You will own the full acquisition lifecyclefrom opportunity qualification to solution design, pricing, negotiation, and closing. Success in this role is defined by closed contracts, not activity.
What You'll Own
- Strategic acquisition of high-value enterprise contracts annually
- End-to-end ownership of the sales pipeline, forecasting accuracy, and deal progression, from opportunity qualification to solution design, pricing, negotiation, and closing
- Solution-led selling across warehousing, distribution, and contract logistics
- Ensure commercial and operational profitability, maintaining accountability beyond deal closure.
- Accountability for sold margins and deal profitability with a strong P&L mindset
- Lead high-stakes negotiations with C-suite and regional decision-makers
- Build and guide a high-performing sales team, transitioning from reactive account handling to structured, consultative selling
- Travel nationwide and to regional offices to engage key stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience within contract logistics, 3PL, warehousing, or distribution
- Proven track record of closing complex, high-value enterprise deals (not just pipeline generation), with clarity on the number and value of accounts closed per year
- Strong understanding of contract logistics solutions, including pricing models, labor design, and operational risk dependencies
- Able to clearly articulate an end-to-end acquisition process, from qualification through negotiation and close
- Process-driven and commercially sharp, comfortable building, and able to articulate your end-to-end acquisition process
- Resilient in long sales cycles and comfortable with hybrid work (BGC office + travel)
