Position Title: Head of Sales for Commercial AirCon (CAC)

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as Head of CAC Sales. This role is responsible for driving growth, managing dealer and project channels, and leading the commercial air conditioning business across key product lines including CAC, VRF, and Chillers. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry expertise, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead national sales strategy and execution for CAC products (CAC, VRF, Chillers)
- Manage and expand dealer and project-based channels
- Collaborate with HQ R&D and Product teams for product development and localization
- Oversee technical support, after-sales service, and training programs for partners
- Analyze market trends and develop segment-focused growth strategies
- Drive forecasting, PSI management, and sales pipeline visibility
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team across regions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
- Represent the CAC division in cross-functional leadership meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC or related industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in dealer/channel development and project sales
- Strong understanding of CAC technologies and market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with global HQ
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
