The Role
The Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Senior Manager is a strategic, hands-on leader responsible for shaping the company's talent strategy while ensuring we attract, engage, and retain high-caliber, values-aligned professionals.
You will partner closely with Senior Leadership, Business Heads, and HR to build a strong leadership pipeline and position Mega Prime Foods as an employer of choice in the FMCG industry.

What You'll Be Accountable For
1. Strategic Talent Acquisition Leadership
Define and execute a forward-looking talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth
Lead executive and critical-role hiring with rigor and discernment
Build workforce plans with business leaders to anticipate talent needs
Ensure quality-of-hire, time-to-fill, and candidate experience excellence
2. Employer Branding & Talent Positioning
Strengthen Mega Prime Foods employer brand rooted in purpose, integrity, and excellence
Lead campus partnerships, industry presence, and digital employer branding efforts
Craft authentic storytelling that reflects our culture and values
Ensure consistent and compelling candidate journey touchpoints
3. Recruitment Operations & Process Excellence
Build strong sourcing strategies across corporate, commercial, operations, and plant roles
Optimize recruitment systems, tools, and analytics
Establish structured assessment frameworks and interview rigor
Track and report key recruitment metrics with accountability
4. Leadership & Stakeholder Partnership
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent decisions
Partner with HR Business Partners on succession planning and leadership pipeline building
Coach hiring managers on selection, interviewing, and talent calibration
5. Team Leadership & Capability Building
Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team
Develop recruiters into strategic talent advisors, not transactional sourcers
Build a culture of ownership, urgency, service, and integrity
Strengthen internal capability in assessment, workforce planning, and employer branding

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus)
Significant leadership experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably FMCG or high-growth organizations)
Proven track record of hiring leadership and critical roles
Strong stakeholder management and people leadership experience
Experience in employer branding and talent marketing is highly preferred
