The Role: Head of Recruitment

Imagine leading a recruitment organization that does more than hit numbers.

You are building a hiring engine that creates opportunities for thousands of people. You are guiding recruiters who believe in purpose, not just placements. You are shaping how ClearDesk hires, grows, and serves clients around the world.

You will work closely with executive leadership to define ClearDesk's hiring philosophy, strategy, and execution. You will lead a growing team of recruiters and sourcers while building systems that allow us to hire 100 to 120 every month with quality, consistency, and care.

This is not just about volume. This is about building trust, stability, and long-term success through thoughtful recruitment.

What Your Days Might Look Like:

  • Define and implement ClearDesk's recruitment philosophy, methodology, and hiring standards
  • Lead and develop a growing recruitment team of recruiters and sourcers
  • Monitor daily recruiting performance and coach your leaders to achieve targets
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for high-volume and corporate hiring needs
  • Design sourcing strategies that consistently deliver quality candidates
  • Improve interview, testing, and screening processes
  • Partner with operations and leadership to align hiring with business demand
  • Lead recruitment projects focused on process, performance, and efficiency
  • Oversee recruitment marketing and workflow improvements
  • Set team goals and support professional development
  • Create and analyze reports such as source of hire, funnel metrics, time to hire, and cost per hire
  • Define and track recruitment KPIs and continuously optimize results

Who We Think Will Thrive in This Role:

  • You have at least 8 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
  • You have at least 5 years of people leadership experience in BPO, RPO, or service-driven environments
  • You have led high-volume hiring teams successfully
  • You are confident using ATS tools, preferably Zoho Recruit
  • You communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally in English
  • You are data-driven but people-centered
  • You are comfortable working in US business hours
  • You have experience recruiting for Virtual Assistant or similar remote roles
  • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot is a plus
  • You are willing to provide an NBI or Police Clearance upon hiring
  • You are willing to work in a US time zone schedule.
  • You can secure the required technical setup, including:
  • At least a 720p HD webcam
  • A noise-canceling headset
  • A primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps
  • A backup laptop, backup internet device, and backup power source
  • A main computer with at least Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) and 8 GB RAM
  • A backup computer with at least an Intel Core i3 and 4 GB RAM
