Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Project Management, based in Caloocan City. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within an organization. This senior role involves establishing and maintaining project management standards, processes, and methodologies to ensure the successful completion of projects on time, within budget, in scope. PMO Head ensures projects in line have clear objectives, approvals, executions, and closing. The PM Head manages a team of project managers and coordinators, and Business Analysts in providing guidance, support, and training to ensure consistent and effective project management practices across the organization. Additionally, PM Head leads in Program and Portfolio Management ensuring all projects align to the overall IT and business strategies.

Work Experience
- With at least 10 years related experience in systems support, implementation and project management
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in IT leadership, with significant expertise in leading application development and managing complex system projects.
- Knowledgeable in IT system design, architecture, methodologies
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor teams, resolve technical challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
- Deep understanding of PM framework and project execution, and other standards and tools related to the function. o Visionary leadership and ability to drive enterprise-wide transformation.
- Strong negotiation and executive communication skills.
- Business and financial acumen for IT and banking processes. o Expertise in managing multi-vendor IT ecosystems, digital banking strategies, and integrations.
