Head of Production Department

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Head located in Rodriguez, Rizal. The Production Head will be responsible for managing production operations, assisting in related department, and supporting management. Daily tasks will include oversees the entire manufacturing process, responsible for planning schedules, managing budgets, allocating resources (people, materials, equipment), and ensuring quality and efficiency to meet company goals, supervising teams, enforcing safety, resolving issues, and reporting progress to senior management for optimal output and compliance

Qualifications

• Core Educational & Experience Requirements

Degree: B.Pharm, Chemical/Pharma Engineering, Science, or related field.

Experience: 8-10+ years in pharma manufacturing, with several years in supervisory/management roles (e.g., 3+ years managing teams).

Leadership: Proven track record in leading, training, and developing production teams.

• Key Technical & Regulatory Knowledge

GMP/Quality: Expert knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), validation, documentation, and regulatory inspections (FDA, EMA, WHO).

Regulatory: Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations (ICH Q7-Q10, FDA, ISO).

Processes: Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, batch records, and quality systems.
