We are the team behind some of the Philippines most iconic fashion brands — Jag Jeans, Lee, Wrangler, Tribal, and U.S. Polo Assn. — with a strong presence in department stores, e-commerce, and pop-up formats. As our brand family grows, we're looking for someone to help us oversee and coordinate marketing efforts across all brands.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced and organized Marketing Manager to ensure that consistent, effective marketing is always happening across all brands — both online and offline. This person will work across different teams and platforms to make sure brand activities are moving forward — from LED ad rotations, in-store signage, online content, and pop-ups, to coordinating with designers and pushing timelines. If you're the type who notices when a store display needs refreshing or an ad needs updating — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing activities across Jag Jeans, Lee, Wrangler, Tribal, and U.S. Polo Assn.
• Manage timelines for marketing executions — from pop-ups, store visuals, LED screens, to online campaigns
• Follow through with designers and production to ensure marketing materials are delivered on time
• Work closely with sales, e-commerce, and retail operations to align on marketing calendars and needs
• Make sure that each brand always has something active going on, whether physical or digital

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, retail, or brand management (fashion experience strongly a plus)
• Proven ability to coordinate across departments and manage multiple brand timelines
• Strong project management and follow-through skills
• A proactive, let's get it done mindset
• Experience working with creatives and suppliers
• Comfort working in a fast-moving retail environment
