Your Mission
As Head of International Operations, you will oversee the execution of the company's international operations, supporting global expansion while maintaining efficiency, compliance, and continuity across markets.
You will work closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to manage enterprise processes, product initiatives, compliance requirements, and internal systems, ensuring clear ownership, documentation, and smooth transitions.
You are a highly organized and adaptable operator who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment while maintaining structure and operational clarity.
You will play a key role in optimizing global operations and driving scalable execution to support the company's international growth.
What You'll Do
International Operations & Execution
- Oversee day-to-day international operations aligned with business goals
- Manage enterprise processes, including renewals and coordination with Legal and Sales
- Support enterprise accounts by aligning operational requirements and renewal workflows
- Provide leadership across international operations, ensuring clear roles, accountability, and execution
- Drive operational efficiency through performance analysis and process improvements
Shared Services & Team Leadership
- Oversee shared service functions including Customer Support, Creatives, and IT, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Ensure consistent service delivery and performance across teams
- Manage and optimize customer support systems (e.g., Helpscout AI Answers), ensuring proper ownership
- Support team leads in planning, prioritization, and execution
- Establish clear ownership, accountability, and communication across teams
- Improve workflows and service delivery across shared functions
- Coordinate across distributed or cross-time-zone teams
Product & Systems Coordination
- Oversee and delegate product initiatives such as enterprise pricing and feature updates
- Align product, operations, and support teams, including coordination with development teams
- Ensure timely execution of product-related deliverables
Financial Oversight
- Authorize international payments in line with company approvals and financial protocols
- Monitor operational expenditures and financial commitments
- Support budget planning and cost management
Compliance & Legal Coordination
- Coordinate with Legal on insurance, data privacy, and regulatory requirements
- Support DPO-related processes and compliance initiatives
- Ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulatory standards
Market Intelligence, Performance & Reporting
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market developments
- Track key operational metrics and KPIs
- Analyze performance data to support decision-making and continuous improvement
- Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders
Systems, Access & Operational Continuity
- Oversee operational tools and subscriptions, ensuring proper usage and continuity
- Manage system access, permissions, and internal platforms
- Ensure secure handling and transfer of company assets
- Maintain clear ownership of systems and operational resources
- Ensure responsibilities are documented and smoothly transitioned
- Coordinate with Product, Legal, and Operations to support execution
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in international or business operations, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and structured execution
- Ability to manage and delegate effectively in fast-paced environments
- Experience working cross-functionally (product, legal, support, operations)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive performance improvements
Familiarity with:
- Operational tools and systems (e.g., Notion, Helpscout, internal platforms)
- Product coordination and feature rollout processes
- Compliance and legal coordination
- Subscription and vendor management
- Understanding of SaaS operations and global market dynamics
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or product-led environments, particularly in startups or scaling companies
- Experience managing AI-driven tools or automation systems
- Familiarity with data privacy or compliance-related processes
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams
