We're looking for a strategic IT leader to champion and deliver enterprise systems, cybersecurity and digital transformation for a growing international leader in an inspiring niche industry at the intersection of leisure, tourism and marine conservation.
About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Information Technology to lead the next phase of our global digital maturity.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping and governing the company's enterprise technology environment. The successful candidate will oversee the architecture, integration and evolution of critical systems including Microsoft 365, ERP (Business Central), CRM, HR platforms, project systems and proprietary operational platforms.
The role exists to move the organisation from fragmented systems and uneven capability toward a coherent, enterprise-wide digital ecosystem that supports productivity, operational excellence, customer outcomes and growth.
This position focuses on systems leadership and digital transformation rather than day-to-day IT support operations.
The Head of IT works closely with executive leadership and global teams to ensure technology investments are secure, scalable, integrated and aligned with how the business operates and grows.
