Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Human Resources at Yngen Datacom Corp., located in San Pedro. The Head of Human Resources will oversee and manage the daily operations of the HR department, ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, develop and implement HR policies, and foster positive employee relations. Additional responsibilities include handling recruitment, training, and development, performance management, and benefits administration.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR), HR Management skills
• Understanding of Labor and Employment Law
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Employee Relations management, Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition extensive exposure.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Experience in the IT or BPO industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
