Job Description

The Head of Human Resources will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions across all business units of the company. This role is responsible for leading and overseeing the delivery of centralized HR services, ensuring efficient, compliant, and employee-centric operations. This role will manage HR operations, employee services, HRIS, data analytics, and compliance functions, driving continuous process improvement and automation. The position plays a critical role in ensuring scalability, standardization, and excellence in HR service delivery across the organization.

Strategic HR Leadership & Organizational Development

  • Develop and drive integrated HR and Organizational Development (OD) strategies aligned with the company's growth plans across its diverse portfolio of lifestyle, medical, and wellness businesses.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team on organizational design, workforce architecture, culture transformation, and succession planning.
  • Lead change management and OD interventions during expansion, business shifts, mergers, or organizational restructuring.
  • Design scalable org structures, role clarity frameworks, and governance models to support rapid growth and operational excellence.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent for clinical, creative, corporate, and operational roles.
  • Lead strategic workforce planning and capacity modeling aligned with expansion and seasonal staffing needs across clinics, retail, hospitality, and pet care businesses.
  • Drive employer branding strategies (e.g., LinkedIn Life, campus partnerships) to position The Aivee Group as a premier employer.

Organizational Culture, Engagement & OD Enablement

  • Champion a unified yet brand-sensitive culture, ensuring alignment of values, behaviors, and service standards across all business units.
  • Lead employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and internal communication campaigns to drive retention and performance.
  • Establish feedback loops, pulse surveys, and OD diagnostics to identify organizational gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Translate engagement data into actionable OD initiatives and leadership interventions.

Performance Management & Capability Development

  • Implement and continuously enhance a performance and competency framework that promotes accountability, continuous feedback, and career progression.
  • Design and roll out leadership development, management capability, and clinical upskilling programs aligned with business and OD priorities.
  • Develop career pathways and succession pipelines to strengthen internal mobility and leadership continuity.

Compensation, Benefits & Wellness

  • Design competitive, equitable compensation structures and incentive programs aligned with market benchmarks and internal equity.
  • Oversee benefits administration, wellness initiatives, and HMO coverage for clinical and non-clinical employees.
  • Ensure compensation and benefits programs support talent retention, engagement, and organizational sustainability.

Compliance, Labor Relations & Governance

  • Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and employment documentation requirements.
  • Lead employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution with fairness and consistency.
  • Mitigate legal and reputational risk through proactive policy development, governance, and OD-aligned controls.

HR Operations, Analytics & Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to deliver consistent, high-impact people services across business units.
  • Standardize HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, HRIS) while allowing flexibility to meet unique business needs.
  • Leverage HR analytics and OD metrics to drive data-informed decisions, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field; Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  • At least 810 years of progressive HR experience, with 35 years in a senior HR leadership capacity.
  • Proven experience managing diverse teams across multiple business units or brands.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR compliance, and employee relations.
  • Experience in healthcare, retail, hospitality, or service-driven industries is an advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and a proactive problem-solver.
