About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Head to lead the overall Human Resources function for a rapidly growing Global Services Center in the Philippines. This role will serve as a key business partner to senior leadership, driving people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and HR operational excellence aligned with global standards and local business objectives.
The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end HR operations, talent strategy, culture transformation, and workforce planning while building a high-performing and scalable HR organization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and execute the overall HR strategy aligned with business goals and organizational growth plans.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on people, culture, and organizational matters.
- Lead HR transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
- Drive workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives.
Talent Management & Organizational Development
- Oversee talent acquisition strategy, leadership hiring, and succession planning.
- Design and implement performance management and leadership development programs.
- Strengthen employee engagement, retention, and employer branding initiatives.
- Champion learning and development frameworks to support capability building.
HR Operations & Governance
- Ensure effective delivery of core HR functions including employee relations, compensation & benefits, HR policies, and compliance.
- Maintain compliance with Philippine labor laws and global organizational standards.
- Establish and optimize HR processes, policies, and systems for scalability and efficiency.
- Manage HR metrics and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Stakeholder & Culture Leadership
- Partner with global and regional stakeholders to align HR initiatives across locations.
- Foster an inclusive, high-performance, and collaborative organizational culture.
- Lead employee relations and provide guidance on complex people issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
- 12-15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior HR leadership role.
- Experience supporting consulting, professional services, shared services, or multinational environments is highly preferred.
- Strong background in HR strategy, organizational development, and HR operations.
- Proven experience partnering with senior executives and managing large or growing teams.
- Deep understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in a Global Services Center (GSC), shared services, or matrix organization.
- Exposure to HR transformation or scaling operations in a growth environment.
- Strong analytical and data-driven HR approach.
