We are looking for a strong Head of Global Sales to work closely with SmartInvest, an exciting online trading / financial services company that operates one of the most successful international trading communities. The position entails strategic oversight and leadership across new and existing client engagements, focusing on overarching sales strategies and team management.
Our partner operates one of the largest trading communities in the world with a focus on in-depth education. Members consist of traders and investors of all experience levels. The focus is on education in short-term trading (fundamental analysis/market sentiment analysis). In this area, our cooperation partner works with leading financial partners such as CFD & crypto brokers. We help our cooperation partner mainly with the acquisition, qualification, and customer retention. Customer contact takes place digitally, primarily via messenger services.
Your tasks as Head of Global Sales :
- Supervising and mentoring a team of 8 - 12 Level 1 & 2 account managers; managing other staff in the sales department including regional sales manager, sales operations manager, head of revenue/customer retention
- Propelling sales and revenue growth through the development and execution of effective sales strategies.
- Managing relationships with key clients.
- Cooperating with key internal departments, including Support, Marketing, Product Development
- Developing, implementing, and refining strategies for Level 2 sales and customer retention in particular with focus on growing website (VIP) subscriptions
Required skills:
- Strategic Sales Planning: Expertise in creating and executing high-level sales strategies in the financial services sector.
- Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Client Relationship Mastery: Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships with key clients, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Analytical Skills: Competence in analyzing market trends, sales data, and performance metrics to guide strategic decisions.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional communication skills in English, capable of engaging effectively with a team and client base.
- Experience in trading, with the software programs MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 or cTrader and/or learning trading strategies is an advantage, but not mandatory.
