About the Role
As Head of Finance, you will own the end-to-end financial ecosystemfrom strategy and planning to controllership, compliance, and business partnering. You will be a core advisor to leadership on investment decisions, risk, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and fiscal policy
- Lead controllership, reporting, treasury, costing, and audit
- Present financial insights to enable data-driven leadership decisions
- Ensure compliance with taxation, financial regulations, internal controls, and audits
- Drive cost optimization, margin improvement, and working capital efficiency
- Partner with business leaders on investments, capex, pricing, and commercial decisions
- Oversee banking relationships, financing, and risk management
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team
Must-Have Qualifications
- 12+ years of finance leadership experience
- 35+ years in a senior leadership role (CFO track / Head of Finance / Finance Controller / GM Finance)
- Strong exposure to the automotive / auto manufacturing / retail / dealership domain
- Proven expertise in FP&A, controllership, costing, taxation, and compliance
- Hands-on experience managing audit, treasury, and stakeholder relations
- CA / CPA / CMA preferred
Good-to-Have
- Experience in multi-entity / group structures
- Exposure to ERP or finance automation initiatives
- Background in turnaround, restructuring, or business scaling environments
