We are looking for a Head of Finance for our manufacturing operations!
The Head of Finance is the CEO's primary partner in managing the company's financial health and long-term value. Beyond just reporting the numbers, you will provide the data and honest feedback needed to keep our Operational Road Map on track.
You will lead a lean finance team responsible for high-quality accounting, smart tax planning, and clear financial forecasting to protect our assets and support growth. As a key member of the executive team, your job is to connect the dots between factory efficiency, supply chain costs, and sales goals to ensure they all lead to actual profit.
Job Scope & Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Business Partnering - Act as the primary financial advisor to the top management, providing the early warning signals and data-driven courage to make difficult, unpopular, or pivot-heavy decisions; Ensure financial performance mirrors the Operational Road Map. You won't just report on the numbers; you will propose the corrective measures to hit targets.
- Manufacturing & Operational Excellence - Maintain a deep understanding of manufacturing processes to manage CAPEX controls, inventory valuations, and production variances; Lead the analysis for major capital expenditures and potential acquisitions, providing robust challenge to ensure every dollar invested generates a superior Return on Net Operating Assets; Link financial rolling forecasts directly to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to ensure production capacity aligns with market demand and cash flow.
- Financial Control, Accounting & Tax - Own the integrity of the Balance Sheet. You will oversee the end-to-end accounting process, ensuring full compliance with local and international standards; Drive proactive tax planning and compliance strategies to optimize the group's effective tax rate and mitigate multi-jurisdictional risks; Act as the ultimate gatekeeper for internal controls, developing and refining processes to prevent leakage and ensure ethical standards are
- FP&A & Performance Management - Analyze different business units to identify profit leaks and efficiency gains, particularly within the Commercial and Supply Chain functions; Monitor and optimize key corporate indicators, including Net Working Capital (NWC) and Free Operational Cash Flow (FOCFI).
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years in senior financial leadership, with a mandatory background in the manufacturing sector (understanding cost of goods sold, inventory, and plant operations).
- Technical Expertise: Strong mastery of accounting principles, tax strategy, and complex financial modeling.
- Mindset: A Business Partner first. You should be as comfortable on the factory floor as you are in the boardroom.
- Integrity: Unquestionable ethics and a track record of implementing rigorous internal controls.
