Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead the finance function and act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership. This is a CFO-track role and will be instrumental in shaping the company's financial strategy, strengthening financial governance, and supporting business expansion.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in FP&A, corporate planning, commercial finance, and business partnering, with experience in F&B, retail, FMCG, or other consumer-driven businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the company's overall financial strategy, planning, and performance management.
- Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team on strategic, operational, and commercial decisions.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial modeling.
- Drive profitability through pricing, costing, margin analysis, and cost control initiatives.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, strong internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
- Support business expansion initiatives, including new concepts, outlets, and growth investments.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
- 710 years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A, corporate planning, and financial reporting.
- Experience in F&B, retail, FMCG, or consumer-focused businesses is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in a leadership or senior business partnering role, working closely with executive management.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, costing, pricing, and profitability analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools; exposure to dashboards and analytics is an advantage.
