About the Role
You will lead end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations, manage large global teams (200+), and shape strategic initiatives across a dynamic, multinational environment. This role requires someone who can balance big-picture vision with disciplined execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership across all F&A functional areas.

Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- CPA certification (mandatory).
- 15+ years of progressive F&A experience in multinational, BPO, or Shared Services environments.
- Minimum 8 years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading teams of 200+ across global locations.
- Strong financial, strategic, and analytical acumen.
- Ability to lead in high-pressure, complex, and fast-changing environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
