Head of Finance and Accounting - Manufacturing Background

Job Purpose:Oversee the company's financial health through strategic planning, financial analysis, budgeting, financial operations and financial reporting.Key responsibilities include analyzing financial performance, managing risk, forecasting future performance, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

1.Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement long-term financial strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.

2.Financial Reporting and Analysis: Ensure accurate and timely financial reports are generated for internal and external stakeholders. Perform in-depth analysis of financial statements and business performance.

3.Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks to safeguard the company's assets.

4.Compliance: Ensure the company complies with all legal and regulatory financial practices.

5.Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and drive growth.

6.Team Leadership: Oversee and manage the finance and accounting departments, including coaching and developing staff.

7.Stakeholder Communication: Present financial statistics, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the board of directors and other senior executives.

8.Investment Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities to support business objectives.

9.Cash Flow Management: Administer cash flow and financial operations, such as collections, disbursements, bank reconciliation and check preparation, to ensure the company's liquidity
