Role Description

The Head of Supplies & Distribution is responsible for the end-to-end supply chain operationsincluding warehouse management, inventory control, production operations, distribution logistics, and commercial supply planning. This position ensures that operational execution, production timelines, inventory health, and distribution capability are aligned with business goals and growth plans of the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

Strategic & Operational Leadership -

• Provide direction for supply chain, inventory, production, and distribution functions.
• Develop operational strategies that support business goals and product rollouts.
• Ensure alignment with sales, marketing, finance, and quality teams.

Supply Chain Operations -

• Oversee planning processes across production, inventory, warehousing, and logistics.
• Ensure efficient material flow across all operational touchpoints.
• Implement risk mitigation plans for operational bottlenecks or delays.

Warehouse, Inventory & Distribution Management -

• Lead warehouse operations, stock movement, storage standards, and dispatch processes.
• Maintain proper inventory levels and enforce strong inventory control.
• Oversee distribution efficiency, logistics partners, shipping compliance, and timely deliveries.

Production Management -

• Manage daily production activities, scheduling, capacity planning, and output.
• Ensure adherence to skincare manufacturing standards and quality compliance.
• Coordinate with QA/R&D for batch quality and efficiency improvements.

Commercial Operations & Demand Planning -

• Align production and inventory with market demand and sales forecasts.
• Improve forecasting accuracy and ensure consistent product availability.
• Support channel requirements, promotions, and product launches.
