Job Overview
The Head will lead the growth and expansion of digital and value-added products across the companys sales network. The role focuses on driving sales performance, strengthening partnerships with sales channels, and ensuring strong execution of sales strategies across the field. This position will manage Sales Managers and work closely with Account Managers and internal teams to improve product adoption, support new product launches, and strengthen coordination across different sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
Lead Sales Managers responsible for the performance of digital or value-added products.
Support Account Managers in working with retail partners and implementing sales initiatives.
Ensure alignment of sales strategies across different sales channels.
Sales Performance Monitoring
Monitor regional sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
Track key metrics such as product penetration and sales productivity.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve overall sales results.
Sales Network Engagement
Build strong relationships with district and regional sales leaders.
Develop engagement programs to motivate sales teams and increase product adoption.
Gather feedback from the field to improve products and processes.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field
At least 10 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably within banking, fintech, or financial services
Experience managing district or regional sales teams
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
