Accountable for owning the overall digital end-to-end learning and development practice process
Act as the subject matter expert and thought leadership advocate for digital adoption and digital learning.
Developing, managing, and expanding the digital learning and development practice, providing industry expertise to stakeholders.
Providing expert advice and influence the business about key Digital Learning policies, processes, frameworks, and models such as learning and development and organizational matters in alignment to the strategic objectives of the business.
Establishing best practice in content development, materials, media and testing, including the creation of design templates
Driving the implementation and execution of a digital learning strategy across the business in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, driving seamless integration of new learning digital platforms into the business to maximise the end user experience
Utilizing multiple digital channels and opportunities to interface with end users during training to help shift the organisational culture to be engaged in the digital transformation
Learning & Development Researching new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and presenting these recommendations to management teams.
Job Requirements:
Any Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Excellent management and leadership skills.
Profound knowledge of the Digital Learning and Development curriculum and related matters
