Job Description

Job Summary

The Head of Digital Channels is responsible for leading the strategy, development, optimization, and performance of all digital banking platforms including mobile banking, internet banking, and other digital touchpoints. The role drives digital adoption, customer experience enhancement, and revenue growth through innovative and secure digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall digital channels strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Oversee mobile, web, and other digital banking platforms ensuring reliability, security, and scalability
  • Drive digital acquisition, engagement, and transaction growth
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives and platform enhancements
  • Partner with IT, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to ensure seamless digital delivery
  • Monitor KPIs including digital adoption, active users, transaction volumes, and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and cybersecurity requirements
  • Build and lead a high-performing digital team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • At least 812 years of experience in digital banking, fintech, or digital product leadership
  • Strong background in digital strategy, customer journey design, and platform management
  • Experience managing P&L or revenue targets is an advantage
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project management skills
  • Knowledge of digital security, data analytics, and emerging fintech trends
