Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed personas for the upper-retail customer segment
• Map end-to-end customer journeys and identify high-impact touchpoints
• Lead creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns
• Ensure campaigns deliver consistent value and messaging across channels
• Partner with product, digital, analytics, and channel teams to optimize tactics and channels
• Identify new business opportunities and improve campaign execution
• Develop content strategies that communicate customer-centric messaging and unique value propositions
• Track marketing performance and ensure ROI and ROE targets are met
