  • Defines and executes the team's Data Strategy, aligned with the company's broader analytics and AI roadmap (ASAP), enabling the shift from descriptive to predictive and prescriptive decision-making.
  • Leads the organization-wide transformation toward a data-driven culture, embedding analytics into business planning, sales optimization, and customer experience design.
  • Provides a consultative and advisory role to company's leadership teams ensuring insights guide strategic and operational decisions.
  • Partners with C-suite and BU heads to identify growth opportunities and operational levers to translate strategic priorities into measurable metrics, analytics solutions, and actionable.
  • Leads the enablement of all AI initiatives, ensuring machine-learning capabilities (e.g., automated insights, anomaly detection, predictive scoring) are embedded into business workflows.
  • Partners with the Data Office and Tech to industrialize advanced analytics models and deploy machine learning solutions that accelerate speed-to-insight and decision automation.
  • Drives experimentation with generative AI, customer intelligence tools, and intelligent assistants to enhance go-to-market productivity and customer engagement.
  • Acts as the Group Analytics Partner, delivering data-driven advisory and solutions to subsidiaries and functional teams beyond the group's domain.
  • Leads the design and rollout of enterprise-wide analytics enablement programs to enhance data literacy, ensuring the group leaders and teams can independently interpret and use insights for decision-making.
  • Leads, coaches, and develops high-performing teams across multiple analytics disciplines Business Insights, Business Analytics, Data Management, and AI Enablement.

Qualifications:

  • At least 15 years in data analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy, with at least 57 years in senior leadership within fintech, banking, or digital enterprises.
  • Proven success in driving AI and analytics transformation programs that influenced enterprise growth.
  • Track record of partnering with senior executives to translate analytics into measurable business impact.
  • Demonstrated experience in building, scaling, and mentoring multidisciplinary analytics teams.
