Role Description
We are looking for a Head of Commercial to lead and oversee our Commercial Team across both events and exhibit fabrication projects. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, ensuring successful project delivery, and expanding the company's commercial footprint.
The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with strong experience in sales, client servicing, and project management within events, experiential marketing, or fabrication industries.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Leadership
- Lead and manage the Account Managers and Commercial Associates handling both events and exhibit fabrication projects.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and client acquisition.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
Client & Account Management
- Oversee key client relationships to ensure exceptional service and long-term partnerships.
- Guide teams in creating pitch decks, pre-production decks, and client presentations.
- Support negotiation strategies and ensure profitable deal structures.
Sales & Business Development
- Expand the company's events marketing and exhibit fabrication business segments.
- Develop strategies to increase project pipeline and conversion rates.
- Work closely with leadership to meet revenue and growth targets.
Project & Operational Oversight
- Ensure smooth coordination between commercial, design, production, and operations teams.
- Oversee project budgeting and ensure financial targets are met.
- Monitor project timelines, client deliverables, and quality standards.
Team Development
- Mentor and develop Account Managers and Commercial Associates.
- Implement performance metrics, sales targets, and commercial processes.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing sales culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial roles, sales leadership, or account management.
- Experience in events, experiential marketing, exhibit fabrication, advertising, or production industries is highly preferred.
