About the role

Asian Terminals, Inc. (ATI)—a premier international port operator—is seeking a seasoned port operations leader to assume the role of Head of Cavite Terminal, with full responsibility for the Tanza Container Terminal and the Cavite Inland Logistics Terminal (ILT).

This is a senior leadership position accountable for the overall performance, safety, compliance, and efficiency of terminal and inland logistics operations. Reporting to the VP – Chief Operations Officer, the role plays a critical part in driving operational excellence, people development, and long‑term growth.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead and manage end‑to‑end port, terminal, and inland logistics operations in Cavite.
  • Drive performance across productivity, safety, service quality, and cost efficiency.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational, safety, and environmental systems.
  • Ensure full compliance with port regulations, government requirements, and company policies.
  • Optimize manpower, equipment, and infrastructure utilization.
  • Build strong working relationships with shipping lines, customers, regulators, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead, coach, and develop operational teams; manage performance and industrial relations.
  • Support strategic initiatives related to infrastructure, equipment, systems, and organizational capability.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in port or terminal operations, including leadership of operational teams.
  • International port or terminal operations experience is highly welcome.
  • Strong understanding of container terminal and/or inland logistics operations.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute long‑term operational strategies aligned with business growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
