About the role
We are seeking an experienced Distribution Center (Warehouse) Sr. Manager to join our team in Consolacion, Cebu. As the Distribution Center (Warehouse) Sr. Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility, ensuring the efficient and effective management of inventory, logistics, and distribution. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Consolacion, Cebu.
What you'll be doing
- 3PL Service Provider and Trucker Performance Analysis
- Improving Distribution Center Processes
- Monitoring Cost vs Budget
- Inventory Receiving, Storage, and Distribution Oversight
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Coordination with different departments (sales, supply chain, IT, etc.) is crucial for timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Data Analysis and Continuous Improvement: Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) like order accuracy, on-time delivery, cost per shipment, and inventory turnover helps highlight areas that need attention.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Inventory Management, Safety and operational efficiency.
- Compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental Regulations
What we're looking for
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center management role
- Proven track record of successfully managing warehouse operations, including inventory control, logistics, and staff supervision
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control processes
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in using data analysis tools and software to optimize warehouse performance
- Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
