The role is responsible for overseeing consumer requirements project management, business risk identification, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business growth.
Functions and Responsibilities:
Consumer Requirements Project Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations and implementations.
- Define project objectives, priority, timelines, deliverables, and manage project resources and risks.
Business Audit and Risk Management
- Lead the design, enhancement, and enforcement of governance frameworks that ensure consistent decision-making, risk mitigation, and accountability across Consumer operations.
- Oversee high-level interlocks with critical support groups (IT, Legal, Finance, HR, etc.), driving alignment on priorities, resource allocation, timelines, and compliance.
- Anticipate operational risks and implement preventive governance mechanisms to protect business continuity.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with key business units (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Network Operations, Finance, IT) to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, forums, and strategic discussions.
Leadership & Team Development
- Build and lead a high-performing business management team.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive talent development, mentorship, and succession planning initiatives.
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in business management, IT project management, business risk management, operations, or strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the telecommunications industry.
- Experienced in project management and business audit are highly preferred
