We're looking for a seasoned leader based in the Philippines to own and oversee end-to-end staffing billing and payroll operations across multiple global markets. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance while driving process improvement, automation, and operational excellence in a high-volume, complex environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage Billing & Pay Operations across APAC, EMEA, and/or US markets
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll and billing execution
- Design and implement controls to reduce risk, leakage, and rework
- Drive process improvement and automation, transforming legacy operations
- Partner closely with Finance, HR, and client-facing teams globally
- Mentor, develop, and scale a high-performing PH-based operations team
What We're Looking For
- 1015+ years of experience in staffing billing & payroll operations
- Proven leadership experience managing complex, high-volume teams
- Strong expertise in pay & bill systems, controls, and automation
- Experience supporting APAC, EMEA, and/or US staffing markets
- Demonstrated track record of transforming legacy operations
