Job Overview
The Head of Artificial Intelligence will lead the development and implementation of AI initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on building enterprise-level AI capabilities that support business innovation, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
The role will work closely with innovation and technology teams to identify opportunities where artificial intelligence can improve products, platforms, and internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy and Leadership
- Lead the companys AI initiatives and long-term technology strategy.
- Oversee the development and deployment of AI models, platforms, and solutions.
- Manage a team responsible for AI and advanced analytics initiatives.
Technology and Innovation
- Work closely with innovation and technology teams to develop new AI capabilities.
- Support the delivery of end-to-end AI projects from concept to implementation.
- Ensure alignment between AI initiatives and business objectives.
Governance and Stakeholder Management
- Ensure responsible AI development aligned with governance and compliance standards.
- Work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders across the business.
- Provide guidance on AI strategy and technology direction.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in AI leadership, machine learning, or advanced analytics
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI or technology initiatives
- Background in AI architecture or solutions architecture
- Familiarity with cloud technologies such as Azure and data platforms
- Experience managing technical teams
- Banking or financial services experience is an advantage
