Lead the enterprise‑wide AI strategy and execution across all departments—including but not limited to Collections, Sales/Acquisition, Risk Management, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, HR, Legal/Compliance, Online & Mobile, Marketing, and PMO. Develop, communicate, and implement a unified vision for AI that aligns with the overall business objectives and priorities of the organization.
What You'll Do
- Enterprise AI Strategy & Portfolio: Define AI vision, roadmap, and investment priorities; balance productization, platform & infrastructure, data science/LLMs, and agentic AI; align with EXCO priorities.
- Department Enablement & Use‑Case Delivery: Orchestrate solutions for Collections, Sales, Risk, Customer Service, Operations, Marketing/Online.
- Technology Platform & Architecture Leadership: Oversee unified AI platform (various functions/focused areas, potentially on Azure/Databricks), MLOps/LLMOps standards, data pipelines, CI/CD, observability, component reuse; ensure security, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Productization & Scale-up: Transition incubated products (e.g., SAGE, Copilot) to dedicated Product Managers; incubate next‑gen LLM initiatives (propensity‑to‑pay classifier, hyper‑personalization MVP, instruction‑tuned internal AI assistant).
- Partnerships & Ecosystem (Collaboration only): Collaborate with Innovation & Emerging Tech Leader on external partnerships, vendor showcases, industry/academic engagement.
What You Need To Have
- 10+ years technology leadership in financial services/lending with enterprise‑scale AI delivery
- Enterprise AI leadership across product, platform, data science, and governance
- Cloud AI stack expertise (Azure/Databricks), MLOps/LLMOps, data engineering, security, cost optimization
- Governance expertise (privacy, BSP, audit), model risk management, bias detection/mitigation
- Executive stakeholder management, partnership negotiation, benefits‑realization reporting
