Job Description

Location: Taguig

Work Setup: Hybrid, Morning Shift

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

AI Strategy & Delivery

Drive end-to-end AI initiatives, from ideation to deployment across business units
Oversee solution design and architecture to ensure scalability and efficiency
Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases aligned with business goals

Stakeholder Engagement

Partner with senior leadership to translate AI strategies into business outcomes
Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and actionable manner

Governance & Compliance

Establish and enforce AI governance frameworks, ensuring ethical and compliant use of data and models
Ensure alignment with regulatory standards and internal policies

Operational & Strategic Oversight

Qualifications

Strong background in AI, machine learning, or data science with leadership experience
Proven experience in delivering enterprise-level AI solutions or architectures
Deep understanding of cloud-based AI platforms (e.g., Azure, Databricks, or similar)
Experience in AI governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
Background in highly regulated industries such as banking or financial services is an advantage
