Summary
Leads and supervises solar PV instrumentation and installation works, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality execution of projects nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise solar PV installation and instrumentation activities on-site
Ensure compliance with PEC standards, DOE guidelines, and project permitting requirements
Manage and coordinate installation teams, contractors, and field personnel
Oversee testing, commissioning, and system performance validation using appropriate tools
Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards
Identify and resolve technical and on-site installation issues
Enforce safety policies and promote a strong safety culture across all sites
Prepare reports and documentation related to installation, testing, and commissioning activities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
45 years engineering experience (solar PV or electrical construction preferred)
Supervisory experience managing field or installation teams
Knowledge of solar PV systems, instrumentation, and monitoring technologies
Familiar with PEC, DOE guidelines, and permitting processes
Experience using commissioning and testing tools
Willing to travel and work on-site
Preferred
PRC Licensed Electrical Engineer or RME
Experience in residential and industrial solar projects
Knowledge of SCADA and remote monitoring systems
