Take charge of the entire store operations, overseeing and preparing inventory management, the coffee program, quality control, workflow efficiency, and cost management.- Demonstrate expertise in preparing and serving exceptional espresso and coffee beverages, serving as the go-to Coffee Expert in our store.
Establish and enforce guidelines, conducting regular quality control audits to ensure consistency and adherence to company standards.
- Lead a team of baristas to ensure the best possible customer experience through outstanding customer service, meticulous beverage preparation and presentation, in-store marketing, and the overall upkeep of all store areas.
Set an exemplary standard for peers, proactively training new or less experienced baristas. Perform routine maintenance on all machineries and uphold company SOPs.- Diligently creates a data-based inventory report and purchase order to the purchasing team.
Handling server customer issues.
