Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Developing simple multi-stage electrical design like signal amplification
- Assisting in cost reduction activities
- Performing product specific test and evaluation procedures
- Assisting in schematic entry and creating block diagrams
- Writing or updating assembly procurement specifications and other engineering documents
- Assisting in debugging and resolving product-specific issues
Functional Knowledge And Skills
- Practical knowledge in electronics and circuits
- Basic knowledge in product development process
- Basic proficiency in electrical design aid tools like Cadence
- Basic proficiency in simulation tools used to verify circuit performance
- Detailed knowledge on specialty testing tools like ESD machine, spectrum analyzer, etc.
- Detailed knowledge on product-specific test procedures like power supply evaluation, environmental stress test, etc.
- Has background in troubleshooting low-complexity board issues
- Basic knowledge on simple engineering documentation
- Proficient in documentation tools like MS Office
- Background knowledge of DFX is a plus
- Innovative is a plus
Education And Experience
- BS Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering or Computer Engineering
- Must have 1 to 3 years experience in related industry
