II.Job Purpose
The GLS – Happy Customer Associate is mainly responsible for the overall operations function of the branch:
- Invoices dealers orders within the standard processing time and conducts conducts heart-to-heart calls for repeat purchase purchase orders.
- Oversees branch payment ensuring complete and on-time deposit of collections.
- Manages branch inventory keeping variances and damages at a minimum level.
- Maintains store upkeep by ensuring cleanliness, cool temperature, proper lighting, and organized areas at all times.
III.Duties and Responsibilities
Accurately process dealers orders thru Sales Invoice in the branch system.
Applies upselling, cross-selling and Just One More (JOM) item to increase basket size.
iii.Conducts H2H calls to dealers for repeat purchase orders.
i.Receives and process payments/collections from customers and/or dealers.
Endorses collections to the Dreams Fulfillment Officer II at the end of the shift with reconciled cash count and system-generated report.
Deposits cash collection thru assigned payment channels in the absence of the Dreams Fulfillment Officer II or as required.
i.Receives and verifies delivered products against Stock Transfer Report (STR)
ii.Arranges products in the supermarket and stockroom according to planogram and warehousing standards.
iii.Performs the daily cycle count and 100% inventory count based on regular schedule.
iv.Arranges Dealer Delivery Schedules by categorizing the location and Local Delivery Partner Capacity.
v.Inspects the product for damage or breakage. Documents are filed for accurate monitoring (i.e. receiving in the PCIS, etc.).
i.Ensures branch is well-lit, has cool temperature and is clean in all store spaces.
Maintains proper filing of sales invoice, collection receipts and other accountable forms such as but not limited to ATP, VS etc.
iii.In-charge of all branch keys together with Dreams Fulfillment Officer.
iv.Implements security guidelines and ensures safety measures are applied and adequate to prevent break-in.
- Adhoc : Performs other functions as may be assigned from time to time.
IV: Job Specifications:
- At least College level
- Prior work experience in retail or delivery services establishments is an advantage though not required.
- Possesses basic knowledge of computer operations.
