The
Guidance Counselor assists and supports the students through the implementation of the school's Guidance Program. He or she serves as a facilitator to help students succeed in achieving their academic goals as well as in their social development.

Minimum Qualifications
- Educated to a degree level from the top universities of the country, preferably at graduate-level or with international study or qualification, in the field of School Guidance, School Guidance or Counseling Psychology.
- Preferably a licensed counselor or licensed SPED teacher, and at least two (2) years of relevant counseling/intervention experience, or teaching experience in SPED, here or abroad
- Preferably experienced in making IEPs, and OT programs
- Have proficiency in Microsoft programs, and Google Apps for Education
- Must be smart, efficient with strong organizational skills and a good track record
- Ability to work in a team, with a warm personality and a flexible attitude
- Excellent competency in English is a must
- WIth high moral and work ethic
- Applicants must be immediately available, willing to work full-time, and on-site in Pasig City.
