Position Responsibilities
- Own the strategic evolution and optimization of Deltek's Sales and Marketing GTM technology ecosystem, including Salesforce, Salesloft, Power BI, and related platforms.
- Identify opportunities to improve, automate, and modernize Sales and Marketing systems and processes, with a focus on applying AIto increase productivity, data quality, and execution efficiency.
- Act as a strategic liaison between Sales, Marketing, GTM Operations, IT, Data, and Product teams to translate commercial objectives into scalable technology and process requirements.
- Work closely with business partners to develop clear requirements, business justification, and expected outcomes, including assessing risks and informing buy vs. build decisions for GTM and AI-enabled capabilities.
- In partnership with Sales Excellence, define strategy, prioritization, and success metrics for AI-enabled capabilities embedded within Sales and Marketing GTM platforms, ensuring alignment with Deltek's GTM AI roadmap.
- Collaborate with Sales Excellence and GTM technology owners to inform rollout and enablement approaches, while ensuring AI capabilities are designed to align with seller and marketer workflows and operating rhythms.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of Sales and Marketing GTM tools and AI-enabled capabilities, including usage, adoption, productivity gains, and business outcomes.
- Provide insights and recommendations to GTM Operations and Sales & Marketing leadership to guide iteration, optimization, and future investment decisions.
- Support AI governance by ensuring GTM tools and embedded AI capabilities align with data quality, security, and operational standards.
- Own GTM tools-related initiatives from requirements definition through testing readiness, ensuring solutions are well-documented and prepared for handoff to execution and enablement teams.
- Create and maintain key documentation, including process flows, use cases, test scenarios, and enablement materials, to support consistency and scale.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging GTM and AI technologies to ensure Deltek's commercial GTM systems remain current, competitive, and future-ready.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field MBA or analytics/technology certifications preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in GTM operations, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, RevOps, or GTM systems roles.
- Deep experience with enterprise GTM platforms and workflows.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into scalable systems and processes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
Preferred (AI & Modern GTM)
- Working knowledge of AI-powered capabilities within GTM tools and workflows.
- Experience supporting automation, analytics, data enrichment, or intelligent insights.
- Comfort partnering with AI, data, and technical teams (hands-on development not required).
- Strong analytical mindset with experience defining and measuring success metrics.
